Terms & Conditions of Sale

Payment:

We offer secure on-line ordering using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit cards. You may also email your order if you wish to pay by personal check or money order.

Currently, payment processing is handled by PayPal. You are not required to open an account with PayPal in order to complete your order. If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be given the option of opening one. If you don't wish to establish an account, you will be asked only for the information needed to process your order, including an email address to send you verification of your order.

If paying by personal check your order will be shipped when the check clears. Currently, only checks from U.S. residents are accepted. There is a $25 return check fee if your check is returned from your bank due to insufficient funds.

Tax:
Only items shipped within the state of Maryland will be taxed. The Maryland sales tax rate is 5%.

Shipping Methods:
We ship all orders within the Continental U.S. by UPS Ground.

Shipping Delivery Times:
Because we freshly prepare our products, all orders will be shipped within 3-6 business days after purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy:
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with every purchase from Raw Olive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer no hassle refunds and exchanges.

Refunds:
Simply return your purchase to us within 14 days stating that you would like a refund. We will reimburse the full value of the returned goods (less postage and packing charges) to your credit card within 5 days of receipt of items.

Exchanges:
Simply return your purchase to us within 14 days stating that you would like an exchange. We will mail the replacement items within 3 - 6 business days. A re-delivery charge will apply. Please note that exchanges are conditional on the return of goods to us in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

Cancellations:
You can cancel an order by emailing elizabeth@rawolive.com and stating that you would like to cancel your order. If the items have already been mailed we will be unable to cancel your order. If this happens simply return the order to us for a full refund.

Shipping Costs:
We use a price-based scale for shipping costs. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order and are based on the dollar amount of the order. Please bear in mind that shipping charges are approximate figures only. The shipping destination combined with the total weight of the order could incur additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges should apply, you will be billed for the difference.

Privacy:
To ensure our customers' privacy, we will never sell, loan, rent or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to any third party without your permission.
